I worked with Vigilo at Direct Line Group. Vigilo proved invaluable in the implementation of the sanctions screening application. Vigilo were able to use their array of technical and sanctions knowledge to ensure a positive result for all projects they were involved in. Vigilo were also able to communicate with a large number of stakeholders and could present highly complex concepts in a simple and straight forward manner. Vigilo were also able to facilitate and drive constant process improvement in respect to risk mitigation as well as a reducing the rate of false positives generated.
Vigilo are very strong consultants who understand their field of expertise in great detail. As well as this, Vigilo add tremendous value from an architecture design perspective through to an incident management perspective, where they always have logical, well thought through solutions above and beyond those of technical support. They are a great asset to any discussion or function in their space.
I worked with Vigilo at the implementation of a back-office IT system for the Dutch development bank FMO. I was the client project manager whilst Vigilo were the primary consultant assisting me as IT project manager to jointly implement the system. Vigilo were a great asset to the project, able to push the project's deliverables from a large team of users and provider consultants, while still keeping a positive and solution oriented spirit within the project. The project was delivered with some delays outside of our control but the result was very satisfactory.
Vigilo are very experienced program managers and senior business analysts and as such contribute to the further development of the product management team for transaction filtering within RBS. The variety of continuous business change management on our systems, be one of the subject matters experts in change programs and training our permanent staff, shows that Vigilo handle all aspects required for business system ownership. They are dedicated, trustworthy, have a natural mix of being experts and program managers, and have passion for the work they do.
It was a pleasure working with Vigilo and benefitting of their experience and expertise in compliance / filtering for a FircoSoft implementation. I enjoyed a lot seeing them using consulting skills during this time! We also came to address additional subjects constructively where their experience and expertise were of real added value. I've enjoyed a lot working with them and I recommend them.
